Returns & Exchanges
At nanamica, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the item is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
